this policy explains what parlé Pitch Mode collects, how we use it, and who has access. it applies whenever you use the service.
what we collect
account info (email, first name, your accelerator cohort), your onboarding answers (company name, stage, pitch focus, improvement goals), your pitch recordings, the transcripts we generate from them, and the parlé Score plus underlying signals computed from each pitch.

how we use it
we use your recordings to generate transcripts, compute your parlé Score, and produce delivery insights for you. we use your onboarding answers and pitch history to produce end-of-program progress reports for your accelerator.

who has access
you and your accelerator's admins. parlé staff have access for operational and support purposes. no one outside your cohort sees your pitches, scores, or onboarding answers.

data storage and retention
recordings, transcripts, scores, and onboarding answers are stored in our database hosted on Supabase. data is retained for the duration of your accelerator program and for the period required by our agreement with your accelerator.

your rights
you can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account by contacting hello@joinparle.com.
cookies
parlé Pitch Mode uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
third-party services
parlé Pitch Mode is built on the following services, which receive limited data necessary to provide their function:
- Anthropic — analyzes pitch transcripts to produce delivery coaching insights.
- AssemblyAI — transcribes pitch audio recordings.
- Resend — sends invite and notification emails.
- Supabase — stores account, pitch, and report data.
- Clerk — manages account creation and sign-in.

children's privacy
parlé Pitch Mode is intended for adult founders participating in accelerator programs. we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
changes
we will update this policy from time to time. material changes will be communicated through your accelerator admin and reflected in the "last updated" date above.
