these terms govern your use of parlé Pitch Mode. by using parlé Pitch Mode you agree to be bound by them.
acceptance
by creating an account, recording a pitch, or otherwise using parlé Pitch Mode, you accept these terms and our privacy policy. if you do not agree, do not use the service.

service description
parlé Pitch Mode is a communication training tool sold to startup accelerators as a co-branded cohort experience. founders practice pitches, receive a parlé Score, and compete on a cohort leaderboard. accelerator admins onboard their cohort and generate progress reports.

user conduct
you agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others. you agree not to attempt to circumvent the access controls of parlé Pitch Mode, including cohort isolation.

privacy
your use is also governed by our privacy policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and who has access.
intellectual property
the parlé name, parlé Score, parlé Pitch Mode, and the software, design, and content of parlé Pitch Mode are owned by parlé. you retain ownership of your recordings, transcripts, and the answers you provide during onboarding.

limitation of liability
parlé Pitch Mode is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. parlé will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

termination
parlé may terminate or suspend your access at any time for breach of these terms. you may stop using parlé Pitch Mode at any time; your accelerator can request deletion of your data on your behalf.

governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
